Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor
force and the work of any sub-contractors.
• Manage; monitor the contract design documents supplied by the client or Project
engineer.
• Oversee quality control and health and safety matter onsite.
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress report.
• Maintaining the detailed documentation of all site engineering activities.
• Maintaining the material consumption report on a daily basis.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• To keep detail history of all culverts and buildings which belong to the jurisdiction along
with row of culvert and buildings.
• To prepare all the preliminary and detailed estimate for original works.
• The periodical maintenance, addition and alteration as well as modernization as
directed by higher authorities.
• To take the level of areas where earth work or similar type of work under execution.
• To maintain site order book properly and record all instruction in site order book.
• Maintaining the material consumption report on a daily basis
Supervising projects: including external contractors and sub- contractors in construction.
• Setting out project works in accordance with architectural drawing and structural
engineer’s specifications.
• Assisting the meeting and competently communicate with clients, contractors and
major asset owners and stake holders.
• Maintain quality control with quality assurance, checking out quantity of material as per
drawings
