- Inventory tracking and management of material flow between the different stores (reporting quality, post net, transfer of equivalent codes, differences ... entry) through the tools and developing indicators and dashboards for monitoring and improvement, the implementation of corrective and remedial actions abnormalities.
Optimization-based storage of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
