RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide services to the guests accordingly to the hotels standards and procedures.
• To pick up stores requisitions and to make sure all are arranged accordingly (FIFO procedure).
• To make sure the restaurant area is safe and clean also mis en place is done the entire time for operation before service.
• Up-selling companys products (food & drinks) to the guests.
• Posting orders to the kitchen or bar through MICROS SYSTEM all the time during operation.
• To make sure all guests orders are served on time and very happy accordingly to the hotels standards.
• To ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.
• To assist the manager in opening and closing.
• Giving my team members direction and motivation.
