-To supervise of All the Staff in the Accounts Department
-To update the School Management on the financial position of the organization e.g. students’ debt profile, staff loan profile, bank reconciliation etc
-To advise the Management especially when strategic financial decisions are to be made.
-To recommend relevant proficiency training programme for the Accounts Staff to enhance optimum performance
-To give monthly, termly and yearly report of financial activities of the school to the Management
-To ensure strict adherence to Approved Budget

-Payroll Accounting- Employee emolument, Personal Income Tax, Pension
Contribution, Staff Loan, Staff Financial Benefit
Computation etc
-Budget Accounting-Budget Control And Cost Reduction
-Store Management and Control
-Designing a suitable internal control system that works
-Identifying the assets of the organization and in whose custody they are kept.
-identifying the liabilities of the organization internally and externally
-Ensuring strict compliance with the internal Control by education other members of staff for the need for such
-Verification of every cheque to be paid and confirmation of every cheque received
-Report regularly to the management of any unwholesome practice.
