1. Providing technical support for customers over the phone for fiber optical services such as internet and for wireless networks such as mobile services.
2. Log cases whereas no possible solution can be done remotely, describe and troubleshoot technical problems.
3. Explain to the customers the problems they face with an understandable manner and provide them with the most suitable solution.
