Prospecting, preparing and executing business calls while aiming at booking new relationships which add value to quality of our ‘Asset Mix’.
Visiting production facilities of existing as well as prospective clients.
Analyzing the credit requests, processing and finalizing Credit Line Proposals.
Facility reviews are under taken on a timely basis and that renewal of facilities are obtained on timely basis from appropriate sanction authority.
To monitor Performance of relationship officers through Control and MIS / CIB Reports, both from internal / external sources. Early warning indicators of Risk are identified, follow-up actions taken where necessary, and reports made to appropriate approving authorities.
To ensure Loan documentations are obtained for each credit facility / product, fully completed and is enforceable.
Endeavor to maintain business ties with existing borrowers in order to maximize business reciprocity.
Correspondence with clients, Area Office & Head Office pertaining to relationship maintenance issues.
Keeping a close working coordination with CAD for smooth sailing of credit relationship.
Actively take part in Branch Credit Committee’s decisions.
Maintaining a credit portfolio of SME, Commercial, Corporate, Rural Finance and Lease Financing.
To ensure Completion / genuiness / accuracy of security and documentation & affix the comprehensive Checklists for following types of facilities
