1. To assist Area Unit Chief for all maintenance activities of concerned area and in case of any breakdown put equipment back in operational condition ASAP.
2. To arrange inspection of all machines, trouble shooting, root cause analysis.
3. To ensure safety of men and machines during maintenance / inspection work and to ensure proper housekeeping.
4. To monitor the requirement & availability of spares and tools required for maintenance and inform planning department about the needs.
5. To establish and intimate the requirements for budget preparation to planning department.
6. To assist his Area Unit Chief & HOD in routine work and special assignments.
7. To prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports etc and record equipment history
Construction of all mechanical works in projects according to specifications, standards and table of quantities.
Example: water supply systems, drainage systems, fire extinguishing systems, chiller water systems
