• Worked under the experienced supervision of Senior Civil Engineers from Germany.
• Supervise all Construction Activities by Providing Effective Leadership in Site Execution, Site Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Planning and Project Management
• Coordinate with other departments and disciplines to ensure seamless integration of civil engineering activities.
• Assist in Preparation & Implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP)
Responsibilities are to manage the whole project from head to toe
Study all civil drawings and comment if there is any technically mistakes according to the standard.

Manage the weekly and monthly progress reports / templates for progress reporting and monitoring progress against it.

Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per project specifications Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.

Inspect all site activities and be sure that activities as per standard prior to raise the RFI for Client.

Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Coordinate with the third party for all site tests

Manage/coordinate with mechanical and electrical engineers prior to executing the work at site

Checking plans, drawings, shop drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations, materials submittals, etc.

Checking BOQ and estimates for the internal and external civil works.

Execute various projects, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and as per standards

Enforce compliance of the contractor’s safety program to achieve zero accidents.

Monitoring the Performance of Workers, Sub-Contractor’s Site Activities

Supervised concrete pouring of piles, capping beams, deck slab, box culverts bridge, retaining walls, parapets slope protections and other concrete works with due attention to the quality of concrete
