Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing the Data Network Services & Project Management Team of 12 employees
Managing the XDSL Orange access network including 3G aggregation network of Tellabs
Supervising the daily operations activities for the Enterprise Services Delivery & Meeting with customers on weekly bases
Managing the departments yearly budget and Internal projects related to the network & customers setup
Ensuring commitment to Projects team’s KPI’s & Services Quality of Service KPI’s from time to market to competitive SLA provided to Orange Customers
Since working with Orange-Jordan, I have been working into two teams in Data Network Operations - Prince Hashim Data Network Operations:
1. Data Network Service: job role was :
maintain, manage, administrator Orange Access Networks and services which includes :
ALU ATM network
ALU IP network
ALU SR network
Services :
ADSL, AVPN, IPVPN, Frame Relay, Ethernet services ( VPLS, VPRN), Internet Leased Lines
Since Sept 2010, I have been working in the projects team, job role :
Initaite, planning, excuting, monitoring and control, and finally closure for DNO projects.
Directly reported to DNO manager
Weekily meeting with team leaders to monitor progress and to face blocking points in projects
Finance & Budget anaylsis for projects, support contracts
Meeting with enterprize / coporate customers to suggest or design technical solution to meet thier requirements and company's policies
Logistic support for all DNO teams
Coporating with company's teams like Marketing, Bussniess, pre-sales/ after-sales, sourcing for continously enhance and create new services for the customers
configuring switches, routers, firewalls.... Trouble shooting for LAN, WAN connections, also I have a good knowlege in Windows applications, word, excel, Windows server 2000, 2003 and administrator for the Anti-virus program.
My university Grade is 72.6 ( good) and my Rank at the university achievement exam for jordan is 11.
