• Handpicked to lead various technical workshops for ensuring seamless maintenance and repair workflow; transformed processes and established structured workflow through sequencing, setting priorities, arranging all required equipment and coordinating workshop activities.

• Providing engineering expertise for designing & execution phase by resolving design issues; reviewing IFC drawings, and shop drawings and approving detailed shop drawings (BBS) for various structures (buildings, water tanks, culverts, manholes, and concrete channels, etc.).
• Monitoring project progress; tracking progress of performance indicators and generating an array of technical reports and highlighting potential difficulties with requisite solutions and submitting it to Director of Administration
• Commanding the operations of car drivers; controlling oils and fuel disbursement and assuring all established procedures are followed by them, while working within budget and adhering to all safety and quality standards.
• Managing all equipment right from installations through the life of the machinery by following manufacturer's instructions; adjusting the environment surrounding the machine (heat, ventilation, humidity, etc., ) and devising suitable operating and maintenance systems
• Reviewing all offers and contracts received from the suppliers of the pivot irrigation system, machinery, equipment and vehicles and their spare parts, and accordingly recommending the most appropriate offer.
• Networking extensively with government agencies for obtaining requisite permits as they relate to drilling or expansion of underground wells and liaising with the production department to develop the operating plan for resolving daily issues and faults.
• Providing effective technical maintenance support; devising a systematic schedule for periodic and assuring effective collaboration and coordination with other relevant parties in the implementation of special maintenance and installation of all equipment, machinery and pumps and drilling, operating and maintaining wells.

• Prepared strategic tender/ bid documents clearly stating estimates/ quotations for material purchases along with quantity (and quality); undertook on-going cost analysis to maximize the probability of success.
• Evaluated viability of proposed projects by conducting technical/feasibility studies, measurements, site investigations, assessed underlying potential risks in view of project requirements.
• Identified project resources with precise quantity required in terms of labor, materials and technology including any contracting/ sub-contracting requirements.

• Drove project excellence by providing project strategy recommendations to enhance project value, performed site investigations/remediation as well as operations and maintenance of remediation equipment/installations in line with customer needs and project objectives.
• Offering technical and commercial advice and project leadership; monitored investigation/remediation projects and supported in estimating costs and resources and the preparation of bid specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary team of engineers and subcontractors in diverse arenas and conducted project engineering reviews for facility compliance; ensured optimized remedial system and computed the emissions/pollution levels.
• Checked the regulatory limits set and carried out regulatory applicability reviews to maintain adherence to environmental regulations.
• Directed filed staff in gathering data and information; evaluated the data and supported in compiling the reports needed for obtaining permits in addition to preparing investigation and re-mediation reports.
