• Business Developing by Visiting current and new clients on daily basis seeking new business opportunities and keeping excellent connection with clients
• Implementing a Business Development Plan, execute main activities, monitor, enhance and direct the implementation - with existing and prospective clients.

• Investigate clients, instructors & suppliers’ complaints and dissatisfaction and prepare for Corrective and preventive actions.
• Liaise and coordinate with other departments locally & Projacs branches abroad.
• Evaluate suppliers (Instructors, Hotels, Consultants and other Training Providers), negotiate and finalize agreements as required or instructed by management
Operate Matrix system regarding granting Access to all employee and contractors as required.
coordinate with technicians to solve technical issues .
Receiving and processing all of the complaint through email about ID cards and safety Issues in the Central Region .
approving Or rejecting all contractor application forms regarding activation or deactivation and granting access as a list of an authorized staff signature.
follow up and feedback all departments about safety equipment
Involved in All New project related to our companies accounts and managing quality and client satisfaction, innovate a plan of payment arranging meetings with team, discussing and Finding solutions for all kind of clients obstacles
Follow all PO, contracts and coordination with warehouses
Reservation required by automotive system AlKARG.
Supporting and expedite delivering vehicles to formal authorities.
Finalize All pending PO and procurement with Factories
Follow up with factories regarding safety equipment’s in the vehicles requested.
Resolving troubleshooting and managing simple hardware, software or network problems
Analyzing and identifying trends in issues preventative solutions
