● Experienced in managing and handling over 60 multiple kinds of fleet which included - Compactor’s
(rear/side loader), mini compactor, hook loader, bin washer’s (rear/side loader), Dollivo, Glutton,
Tennant, Broad master, Ravo, Boat, Pick up (3 & 10 ton), Passenger bus, coaster & car’s.
● Prepare vehicle roster, route map and duty schedule of the drivers and helpers.
● Ensuring that the vehicle drivers are aware of the waste collection process as per the client and
company requirement.
● Monitoring the shifting of (9/12/20/30) cbm container’s from site to the land field area.
● Preparing the Daily collection summary (trip details) and Fleet & Manpower utilization report in
excel as well as in company based application and forwarding the report to Operation Manager on
daily and weekly basis.
● Data entries of Trip sheets/Waste Manifest form/Disposal coupons/Fuel consumption/ in excel
format as well as in company based application and filing.
● Responsible for managing waste manifest forms, Data entry/Filing/Dispatching the forms to
respective clients and submit to the CWM on monthly basis prior to the given deadline.
● Coordinating with Workshop team for vehicle repair, maintenance, etc.
● Ensuring that the vehicles are properly maintained and the operations run smoothly.
● Monitor renewal of Company Permit to practice waste management activities, all types of vehicles
for waste transportation and Renewal of GPS device of the vehicles. Disposal permits / Disposal
coupons.
● Conducting weekly TBT with the drivers and helpers.
● Scheduling both corrective and preventive maintenance of vehicle.
● Maintained vehicle and ensure its clean and safe to drive all time.
● Monitoring all drivers & ensuring drivers can legally drive a vehicle.
● Recognize all routes and monitor the vehicle by being on field.
Import/Export Cargo operations, Pricing and Freight Exhibition Handling
● Playing an instrumental role in cargo operations, documentations and execution of cargo.
● Ensuring cargo operations is carried out smoothly with complete responsibility until cargo reaches its destination.
● Duly acknowledging emails within 24 hours and ensuring rates are quoted to the customer or agent situated locally or overseas based on their requirement i.e. DDU/DAP, DDP, FOB, EXWORKS, DOOR TO DOOR.
● Negotiating freight rate with the carrier and overseas offices whenever required.
● Effectively handling of all SEA to AIR shipment which includes pricing and handling operations.
● Majorly dealing with import and export of commodities such as Generators, oil and gas equipment's, auto spare parts, textiles garments, cosmetics, personal effects for US army soldier etc.
● Upon confirmation of the shipment advising the customer or agent the details and documents required on the documents as per Dubai customs i.e. Invoice, packing list, delivery order, certificate of origin, MSDS.
● Thoroughly checking details on the documents before processing customs documents to ensure smooth movement of the cargo.
● Providing additional services to the customer or agent depending in the customs requirement such as approval from ministry of civil aviation, ministry of information and broadcasting etc.
● Arranging fleets eg 1 ton, 3 ton, 7 ton, 10 ton, trailer, lift gate truck etc.
● Real time Coordination and updating customer or Client and airline on the status of the shipment.
● Processing customs documents i.e. import, export, Freezone, transit & sea to air on Dubai trade.
● Upon receiving of shipment at warehouse as per the delivery order checking the shipment whether the shipment has been packed properly or not as per airline and IATA standards.∙ Upon receiving customs approval executing MAWB on SKYCHAIN or CALOGI and preparing exit documents if required.
● As per the requirement of the customer and overseas client preparing HAWB and manifest.
● Ensuring all documents that is required for handing over cargo to the carrier is in order i.e. BOE(Handling), a set of invoice and packing list, MAWB, HAWB & manifest is attached and handed over to the carrier.
● Ensuring all original documents are handed over to the customs within 13 days.
● Maintaining daily reports of total number of shipment confirmed.
● Implemented Job card system which contains complete shipment details and data of the cargo.
● Preparing file log on month to month basis and forwarding the same to the head office.
● Preparing profitability sheet on month to month basis and forwarding the same to the higher management and accounts team for quick reference.
● Upon shipment execution raising invoice to the customer or agent & simultaneously following up on the payment.
● Assisting team members in cargo execution whenever required.
● Effectively changing roles whenever management required to do so.
Freight Exhibition co-coordinator
● Handling and co-coordinating of local and international shipments to exhibition site and events.
● On site representation, site management and co-ordination of shipments that have arrived for the exhibition.
● Planning and co-coordinating with team members from site build up to break down.
● Ensuring stock count is done upon unloading and loading of goods to and from exhibition or event.
