I know how to be a host which includes, welcoming and greeting the guests direct and seat the guest to their tables, how to answer the phone, how to set up tables for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and how to clean and polish the cutlery. I know how to take orders from the guests and use tray for the orders, prepare some hot beverages such as: Turkish coffee, fresh juices, espresso and different types of tea, I worked the bar area to prepare the tea set up and to prepare coffee, fresh juices and different types and I have some knowledge about alcohol drinks and wine service
