3.• Reconciliations of Accounts Statements.
4. Purchase, Sales, Salaries
Reconciliations of Accounts Statements.
• Preparation of Balance Sheet, Comparison of Profit & Loss
• Verification of Fixed Assets & Calculate Deprecation, Sales Analysis & Sales Comparison
• VAT (Value Added Tax) Reports Quarterly, Bi-Annually & Annually.
• Preparation of Salary and Insurance (GOSI)
• Preparation of Vacations & Final Settlement.
• Sales Invoices & Sales Return, Stock Transfer & Stock Received
• Collection of parties & recoveries of parties
• Purchase Invoices & Purchase Return, Payments & Receipt Vouchers
• Preparation & reconciliation of customers and vendors’ statements and coordination with vendors/suppliers.
• Inventory of Showrooms & Salesman
• Preparation of Budget report for the Year
• Maintain all Petty Cash, Daily Vouchers
• Salesman Performance & Salesman Commission
• Any other task assigned by Higher Management
