Managed the digital transformation of Finance, Procurement, Inventory and Warehouse, Human Capital
Management and Facilities management functions by transitioning to SAP S/4 Hana from the legacy system
(Ramco).
Earlier managed the digital transformation of several functions by implementing Ramco ERP from manual
processes, that resulted streamlined data and system was able to provide timely decisions for the managers,
help them saving costs
Conducted Gap assessment in digitalization of functions and prepared business case to secure management
commitment and funding. Gathered requirements through various workshops and developed RFP; business
solution evaluation and POC, for supportive applications like Time management, Laundry management etc.
Identify project risks and vendor risks for large scale project implementation. Liaise with several stakeholders
on risk mitigation and ensure the risks are controlled and managed throughout the lifecycle of the
transformation projects.
Created the project scope and worked as a bridge to liaise between Business and SAP technical teams to
validate requirements for FI-CO (GL, AR, AP, FA, Bank, CO), MM (procurement, inventory management,
warehouse management), EAM (plant - Facility management), implementation support for SuccessFactors for
recruitment, onboarding, PMGM, LMS.
Ensure compliance with the client’s SAP Project Methodology for all projects, including producing steering
committee deliverables, facilitating artifact/deliverable/milestone sign-off, adhering to project change control
processes, and satisfying internal audit compliance requirements
Ensure all the projects are executed in line with the project management methodology and Project status
reporting to management.
Conducted evaluation and analysis of systems for continuous improvements and further automation.
Overseen integrations/interfaces between systems including the Healthcare Information system (HIS). This
also includes an in-house developed utility tool to manage the interfaces. This has resulted real-time and batch
wise data population to the SAP system.
Managed data cleanup and migration from legacy system to SAP. - the extraction from legacy system for new
system implementation.
Ensure continuous enablement of users and conducted awareness training.
Managed organizational change management for SAP and non-SAP applications for business processes
improvements
Reduced reporting time and operational overheads by interfacing billing and stock between HIS (TrakCare)
and Ramco ERP.
Implemented Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (MS SSRS) in Ramco ERP for management and
operational analytical reporting.
Directed implementation of QR based inventory management system in Ramco ERP resulting in better
turnaround time while maintaining inventory accuracy. Further implemented the system for the physical
inventory of more than 35 stores, reducing the effort from 10 Man-days to 3 Man-days.
Directed implementation of several other business applications like Time and Attendance Management
interfaced with SAP HCM, RFID based Asset inventory management and Hospital Laundry management
system.
Managed support of SAP and non-SAP business applications for 1000+ user base 24*7 with a team of 3
resources.
