Key Responsibilities;

 Provide variances analysis from budget, identify added-value reporting opportunities for trend analysis and commentary to assist forecasting and budgeting requirements
 Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management
 Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles
 Analyze capital budgeting requests
 Follow company policies and procedure and suggest continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and/or improve internal controls.
 Recommending ways of cutting costs
 Providing information for audits
 Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects
 Budget preparation and monthly variance reporting; trend reporting and financial analysis
 Fixed assets management
 Forecasting cash position and monitoring working capital and cash flow
 Report to management on any opportunities for additional billings
 Working with all departments and the management team to help make financial decisions
 Responsible for dealing with Treasury management and day to day cash management
 Perform internal auditing of cash operations; ensure compliance with applicable financial policies and procedures
 Bringing to the attention of the management any abnormality in the disbursement of the workshop funds.

 Receivable Aging Report
 Bank Reconciliation statement
 Inventory Aging Report
 Statement of Cash flow
 Revenue Accounting including Billing and Work-in-progress

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

* Fluent IT skill along with MS Office and exposure in SAP ERP.

* Preparation of MIS for internal and external customers

* Managing Vendor Payment

* Coordination with bank on day to day activities

* Ensuring the requirement with available stock, BOM (Bill of Material) and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) in SAP environment (FI/CO module)

* Working Capital Management

MIS REPORTING&ANALYSIS:

 Cash flow statement,
 Statement of Cost
 Provide assistance to arrive the Income & Expenditure for year end finalization.
 R&D Expenditure calculation and reporting.
 Budget approval, carry forward and closing.
 Project wise manufacturing cost calculation.
 Stock report to avoid excess procurement
 MOQ statement.
 Incentive audit report

• Preparation of monthly payroll.
• Ensure that all the deductions on account loan and advances, unpaid leaves and other deductions should be properly adjusted to the system.
• Monthly payroll to payroll reconciliation
• Monthly payroll to general ledger reconciliation
• Receiving the payments requests along with invoices/supporting documents for the payment processing.
• Recording of monthly transactions of all the credit cards in the specific expense or drawing account f shareholders.
• Recording of all the payments made to the respective employee’s petty cash account.
• Upload all the data on Back up on regular basis.
• Responsible to provide time to time variance analysis and able to justify through logical reasons.
