This module is, a part of ERP system, developed for Leather industries to process their indents, enquiry, quotation and purchase orders of chemicals, raw materials and other items etc.
• Creating purchase orders for approved purchase requisition bills and Goods Receipt for Materials Directly Charged on Projects. Creation of Purchase Requisition for Maintenance & Operation and Creation of Purchase Requisition of Stock Materials and Creation of Imports Purchase Order.
• Creation of Service Entry Sheet for machinery and equipments and Cancellation/Block/Closing the Purchase Requisition. Coordinated with suppliers and manufacturers and ensured items do not run out of stock.
• Stock Transport Order Creation (PO STO) and Goods Receipt of Scrap Lots (In Batches). Analyzed vendor invoices and cross-checked it with the quantity received.
• Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies. Review inventories and order as required. Produce and maintain all reports.
• Maintain and update all sales and purchasing reports for cost tracking. Coordinate with account department for invoice processing. Stock and managed inventory of all items.
