1. Opening work order files for all FCL shipments and updating container details in POLEP (company’s proprietary software)
2. Checking all original Shipping documents received and keeping them in file.
3. Communicating with DHL & SABIC personnel for any issues found in documents.
4. Coordinating with Shipping lines to collect MBL l DO.
5. Sending payment requests to concerned team member.
6. Attaching authorizations for all B/Ls and sending the same to Shipping lines for D/O collection
7. Following up with Shipping lines for CFR LCL shipments.
8. Uploading documents on MAERSK website to enable D/O linking
9. Attaching Authorization Letters to all B/Ls after checking, for customs clearance purposes
