Welcoming passengers/ customers and managing help desk counter to ensure required support for customers
 Check-in and assisting customers in performing smooth check-in through helping them maintain baggage weight and carrying security items as per airline policy.
 Helping customers in ensuring proper security checking and timely boarding
 Assisting specialized children and passengers to undergo check-in immigration
and boarding procedures.
 Preparing seat-plan within the aircraft as per customers’ requirement and
suitability.
 Guide passengers to airport restrooms, restaurants or gift shops
 Supporting the arrival customers to conduct immigration process and receive
their baggage.
 Handling customer complaints regarding services, lost and found belongings
of customers and solving their problems to ensure customers’ satisfaction and
retain the goodwill of Emirates.
 Updating passengers regarding any kind of change in flight schedule such as
delay due to maintenance or any other reasons.
 Experienced in Baggage claims and using World Tracer to locate and lost or
mishandled baggage.
 Coordinating and managing staff around the aircraft in between flight’s landing
and take-off
