1. Analyzing business needs and identifying possible solutions, then developing technical specifications for new systems or modifying existing ones.

1. Maintain project authority at all stages including project exploration, build, design, delivery, status, budget tracking, reporting, cost controlling, managing resources, and delegation of tasks including end-to-end implementation of SAP AFS Solution. 2. Act as the primary project interface between all relevant stakeholders including implementation partner, internal management, external vendors, internal IT team and across all business functions. 3. Work closely with the wider team both internal and external to solve complex problems and develop business-specific solutions, considering various key internal and external stakeholders requirements and expectations. 4. Complete regular project plan reviews, generate status dashboards, and report to senior business leaders on a weekly basis. 5. Provide expert advice and support to all departments regarding all ERP queries and give expert guidance for scaling up with other applications running across the organization
1. Carried out post-implementation production support to the user-specific problems and issues.
2. Developed Business Blue Prints for Enhancements and identified gaps and suggested development work in SAP to overcome the gaps.
3. SAP System Support including analysis, requirement gathering, project scope, specification and configure MM, SD, PP & LE modules as required. 4. Provide all kinds of required consultancy services to the end-user for the daily business transaction.
5. Testing all the new developments for all modules (MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, WMS) in DEV and QAS. 6. Act as a liaison between departmental end-users and programming contractors/third-party in the analysis, design, functional configuration, testing, and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
7. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.

1. Overseeing the raw materials movement, storage, and maintaining reduced inventory levels, maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting continuous stock verification and documentation in the SAP system. 2. Prepared material requirement plan as per production floor needs, tracking and maintaining inventory levels in materials for all items required in the plant. 3. Review the technical information and plan (ERP system) for delivery of the product as per new requirements. 4. Coordinate receiving, quantity, Measurement, delivery date, lead time, and lot size and price unit with Sales (SD Module) and monitor competition by gathering information on other products, prices, positioning, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, point of sale promotion materials. 5. Ensure a smooth flow of materials between a company’s distribution chains and Follow-up the trial and bulk cutting, payments, embellishment and maintains an accurate record of all transactions using SAP. 6. Manage inventory control process including inventories and material yield analysis. 7. Preparing Monthly Aging Report & Value down the checklist in plant-wise. Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, R&D, and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers. 8. Maintains regular communication with PP, SD, and commercial and ensures an effectively run SAP.
