Manage user stories in Team Foundation server (TFS).
Perform QA and QC related activities.
Manage core QA and QC related activities using Team Foundation server (TFS) as Application life cycle Management (ALM) tool and ITIL practices.
Prepare Test Data, and perform module, integration, system, UI, User experience (UX), Grey box and broken link testing.
Automation testing in C# using selenium and Coded UI.
Meeting with end user for their satisfaction before, during and after project/ change deliverable.
Manage the 5 people QA team.
Plan and review the QA resources work by providing day to day planning, guidance and coaching.
Manage Migration and QA teams’ trainings.
Supervise all migrations (Old System to New) steps before, during and after migration.
Manage domain trainings for new resources from all departments.
Review SRS.
Perform QA and QC related activities.
Prepare Test cases, Test Data.
Perform module, integration, system, UI, User experience (UX), performance, load, Grey box and broken link testing.
Log, track and mark defects during testing life cycle.
Designing and executing Test Scenarios and Test Cases
Installing different simulators and setting up testing environment
Performing Functional, Regression, Cross Simulator and GUI testing on simulators and mobile devices.
Identifying bugs/defects and generating Bugs Report
Logging and tracking bugs on Bug Tracking Tools
