Maintain and manage the regional asset pool and coordinate with branches to distribute assets as required.
Coordinate and perform routine audits or reconciliation to ensure accuracy of customer accounts management.
To follow up non-transacting customers for cylinder retrieval.
Identify areas of excess or insufficient stock levels
To monitor cylinder turn around of customers, franchises, warehouses etc.
To generate various (Management Information System) MIS on cylinders and customers.
To review and assess the allocation of cylinder limit for all new and existing customers as per the CSD policy.
To ensure the correctness of the rental table.
Analyze data to make the accurate CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) to anticipate future needs.
Monthly stock census and reconciliation at plant, warehouse and filling station for internal account management.
Proactively work with facilities to identify trends and minimize future anomalies.
To manage the IBT (Inter Branch transfer) and reconcile on a weekly/ Monthly basis.
To lead the planning and conversion programmes needed to meet the asset requirement of the businesses.
To lead the yearly audit process of the cylinder inventory and coordinate with Finance and related cylinder supply chain for proper counting & accuracy
NAVISION : Develops and implements Asset Tracking Tool (OPTI-STOCK & OPTI-CSB). Ensure Navision usage and adapt the tool to business requirements.
To monitor the scrap and condemned cylinder on a weekly basis with the maintenance Centre and follow up the write off process with the line of finance dept.
Safety/Quality: Works with Regions and Distribution Centers to ensure the necessary training and qualification of asset management teams.
Make sure the appropriate corrective and preventive measures are in place in order to answer customer complaints.Rich experience of Cylinder Supply Chain Planning & Distribution in Industrial, Medical & Electronic gases in MNCs.
