Warehouse Supervisor
Assigning, Leading, Training & Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
Imparting /organizing training programs for achieving pre planned business targets.
Ensure to conduct internal audit to realize the extent to which the quality management requirements pertinent to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 are met.
Ensure that all documents required by Quality management Systems are issued and controlled with the re-spective work centers.
Ensure that any product that does not conform to specifications is not unintentionally received, stowed or shipped.
Ensure that all non conformance and discrepancies are resolved in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 stan-dards.
Quality Checks on receiving materials (KCC - Kind, Count and Check).
Ensured to identify the Classified / Sensitive materials received in DDKS and is reported to Site management and concerned work center for proper action.
Monitored and managing document management for the archive section for entire DDKS.
Ensured to record the Department Assets and is properly Updated and Maintained.
Takes ownership in daily team briefing, training and subsequent supervision of his team.
