Leading the field Environment Section, comply with all the regulatory requirements of QP CoPs.
Obtaining all environmental permitting requirements from Ministry of Environment for QP operations
Dealing regulatory authorities to meet all the environmental compliances and obligations
Setting up of Contractors Environment Management plan (CEMP) and OEMP implementation, audits and
review to meet Ministry of Environment requirements
Managing environmental controls and mitigation measures to protect environment from QP operations
Managing environmental monitoring activities to ensures the effectiveness of control measures and
conducting awareness programs for employees and contractors
Managing EIA study by assisting consultants to prepare the scope, base line studies and reviewing EIA
To approve the ENVIDS, HSE documents from the third party consultant once they completed study
and before submitting to Govt.stake holders.
To manage Environmental Management responsibilities i.e. waste management, Haz.Wastemanagement
NORM waste management, HAZMAT, water, energy, air quality, noise, energy, env. risk, env.
Protection, reinstatement and remediation, sustainable development etc.
Managing the implementation of EMS’s and ISO 14001 (some OHSAS 18001) with regular auditing
and reporting for environmental compliance and KPIs with the subsequent writing of technical reports.
Supporting day-to-day environmental compliance for plant level environmental programs including
waste management, water pollution control, spill plans and response, emergency planning and
release reporting, and tank management.
Conduct audit as per the organizational policy and find the areas need to be improved.
To conduct all the environmental monitoring and preparing the documentation for the environmental
permitting.
Incorporate with the drilling and operation engineering facilities of oil and gas exploration to achieve
the Environmental objectives.
Participates in HSEMS and ISO 14001 audits and ensure close out of NCRs.
Managing Environmental business plan and setting up of KPI in close coordination with Environmental affairs manager
Preparing sustainability report as per GRI standards by collecting indicator data from different operational focal points and reporting to CEO
Conducting environmental incidents investigations and RCAT with operational focal points and reporting to relevant stake holders
Conducting environmental risk assessment as part of reviewing Environmental Aspect Register and communicate with operations
Preparing monthly / Quarterly / yearly Environmental performance reports to ensure compliances
Lead the field Environment Section; comply with all the regulatory requirements of ADNOC CoPs.
Custodian of all the environmental performance reporting and Green House Gas Emission system for ADCO.
Setting targets for the Gas Flaring and Total Emissions (CO2 and Non-CO2).
To attend all the Oil Spill incidents and its isolation, recovery, site cleanup and disposal.
To conduct environmental inspections on Rig hand over to the operations.
To support engagement with regulators on all aspects of environmental and waste management practices.
Monitoring and estimation of the air born contaminants such as SOx, NOx, HC, H2S, and physical agents such as noise, heat stress, radiation etc.
To support the development and implementation of drills and exercises to demonstrate adequacy of program.
Monitoring and testing all the plant related air emission, effluent discharges and ensure the quality of the same are in compliance with the international and local standards.
To track and register all the Hazardous chemicals/waste (HAZMAT) and provide the HCRA for sustainable operations.
To Prepare, review, and update environmental impact assessment/investigation and recommendation
reports.
To conduct H2S drills and H2S awareness training for the staff and sub-contractor people.

Knowledge about the Qatari Environmental laws and regulations, permitting of RLIC waste management operations as per the QP requirements.
To interfere with government agencies like RLIC, public, shareholeders and other stake holders.

Responsible for providing compliance and environmental advises on different environmental subjects relating to specialists team activities/scope.
Provide resource for investigating incidents, and assure the quality of incident investigation in petroleum operations.
Provide resource for coordination and quality assurance of auditing.
Responsible for External and Internal Environmental reporting in line with Legal and client requirements relating to the work activities and scope of the team.
Application of scientific, engineering and environmental principles to all aspects of work, requiring both advanced project management skills and an in-depth knowledge of management systems, technology, legislation etc.
Managing, training and developing a team of HSE and Environmental Advisors as part of the overall HSE Division.
To define the objectives and construct environmental management plan and following up on the plan.
Maintenance and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System through monitoring, reviewing and carrying out risk assessments and audits.
