Total “M & E” works.
• Overall Responsible (In-Charge of the Project) for the Mechanical & Electrical works on the project. (HVAC, SWITCHGEAR & SUBSTATION, FIRE PROTECTION & DETECTION SYSTEM, LPS, SLD, PLUMBING SYSTEM, UTILITY SYSTEM Etc)
• Coordinate as a QAQC with the design & planning Team and execution various M&E installation works as per standards (BNBC, NFPA, ASTM, JIS, etc).
• Do the Testing & Commissioning inspection & prepared data as per field record.
• Involved in contractual matters with sub-contractor as well as Clients. So far also coordinate client meetings.
• Negotiate the quotations with Sub-Contract, Manufacturers, and Suppliers.
• Managerial performance in terms of quality & cost control.
• Ability to analyze bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements. As well as project estimation.
• Create M&E Master Schedule and identify relevant critical paths and authority inspections.
• Make the EMT & execute on project.
• Maintain good rapport & affinity with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and other section heads on site.
