Key Responsibilities:
- Chemical and organoleptic analysis of the routine samples.
- Responsible for the Calibration of all the laboratory equipment and the machines used in the production plant..
- Laboratory set up, operation and Laboratory instrument handling.
- Documentation for Raw material and finished product specification
- Lab reports, Shelf life Reports and Micro reports filling.
- Supplier evaluation, customer feedback and external training record maintenance.
- Documentation regarding ISO and FSSAI.
- Record soft and physical data for customer complaint and audits/visits
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete analysis of fresh and waste water including detailed food examination.
- Performing laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support scientific investigations.
- Carrying out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses.
- Preparing specimens and samples.
- Constructing, maintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment, for example centrifuges, titrators, pipetting machines and pH meters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sample collection & analysis in order to maintain and/or improve overall water quality and optimize water system operations.
- Responsible for collecting samples from various locations in a valid manner consistent with good laboratory practice.
- Train Water Lab personnel in correct and safe methods and procedures.
- Monitor work sites to ensure compliance with established methods, guidelines, standards, and procedures.
- Studies and recommends methods of maintaining and/or improving water quality.
- Respond to customer complaints and questions.
- Direct others in the performance of the above functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approve batches, incoming raw materials, and routine analysis of the different samples to classify their physical and chemical identity.
- Prepare and test samples from all phases of a manufacturing or other handling process, with the goal of determining if the substance meets the standards or requirements of the project.
- Responsible for minor equipment troubleshooting and repair.
- Preserving workplace safety and safe materials handling as appropriate with hazardous materials.
- Validate instrumentation & experiments. Audit compliance to the quality system
- Report on outcome of regulatory inspections and ensure responses are complete and managed to verifiable closure—and keep management informed.
