• Conduct site walk through and audits to determine energy baseline and end-use breakdown for evaluation of ECMs in accordance with ASHRAE Level1, Level 2 or Level 3 depending on project and client requirements.
• Plan and schedule audit methodology and procedures.
• Inspect and analyze building structures, heating systems, ventilation, air conditioning, water, and industrial processes to ensure energy use is optimal.
• Use testing equipment (Fluke, Tiny tag, Acers, Flowmeter, lux meter, Clamp meter etc...) to measure building energy equipment & help in analyzing all the building breakdown and consumption.
• Analyze audit documentation and data and prepare a report of audit findings and Present audit findings to clients.
• Perform Detailed facility energy audits will review the energy saving measures identified earlier and will make improvements by reviewing all major energy consuming building systems such as electrical distribution system, building envelope, HVAC, building management system, hot water system, lighting, plug loads, motors, pumps, renewable energy, water conservation etc.
• Energy Conservation Measures will be categorized according to its feasibility economic analysis and ease of installation.
• Interviewing O&M team to get more existing equipment operation & maintenance information at the site.
• Review mechanical & electrical systems in the project
• Review Mechanical, Electrical & Architectural Auto Cad Drawings.
• Prepare breakdown of total annual energy use, estimated cost, estimated energy savings and pay back periods.
• Prepare Proposal Reports, DFS Reports, commercial proposals, M&V, Implementation Schedules, Technical Submittals, Work Progress Reports, Material Inspection Reports, RFP, Method of Statements, Variation work reports, BOQs etc...
• Development measurement and verification plans and savings calculation methods outline in accordance with International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) and FEMP guidelines
• Prepare Energy Modelling Reports in EQUEST during DFS (Detailed Facility Study) Stage.
• Coordinating with suppliers for quotations, selection of suppliers and allotment of works.
• Coordination with Suppliers, subcontractors, and client during implement stages.
