• Coordinate with the Project manager designs, illustrations, Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimation .
• Submit progressive reports and participate in control project documentation and monthly records, assessments questionnaires, monitoring questionnaires
• Evaluate the received technical, Finical offers from the contractors & discuss the RFPs with the bank team.
• Participate in the kick-off meeting with owner, consultants, contractors.
• Supervising the implementation of the technical components of the project contracted to ensure proper project implementation, full compliance with required standards specifications architectural activities finishing works at site.
• Select architectural materials for bank finishing and special technical requirments.

• Prepare & Report any changes or new VO's changes on the budget. Review contractor claims, invoices, drawings and material submittals
• Provides technical expertise in development or review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction/safety codes
• Reviews Subcontractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract agreements by checking them for technical accuracy according to accepted guidelines
Main duties andResponsibilities:
* Check the submitted shop drawing and Report any changes or potential changes on
the budget. Review Contractor claims, invoices, drawings and material submittals.
* Approve samples from Contractors or Self-Help Beneficiaries prior to installation
* Submit design proposals according to site work issues.
* Supervising the implementation of the technical components of the project
contracted; ensure proper project implementation, full compliance with required
standards specifications architectural activities finishing works in site (block
works, plaster & paint Tiling, reflected ceiling, wall cladding, stone cladding,
curtain wall installation, glazed facades, and signage installation).
* Coordinate with the Project manager, designs, illustrations, and Bills of
Quantities (BOQs)
* Study medical furniture-medical services committee requirements.
* Study tender and contract requirements (TD's) and make analysis work for
architectural details & finishing tags.
* Submit progressive reports and participate in control project documentation and
monthly records, assessments questionnaires, monitoring questionnaires,
consolidated list of beneficiaries, photos BOQs, designs both soft and hard copies
* Participate architecture & structural requirements and coordination plan -
mechanical, electrical requirements & provide technical expertise, technical

* Perform market analysis and research on construction materials, methods
and technologies that may be applied in construction.
* Prepare & Report any changes or new VO's changes on the budget. Review

• Designs projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.
• Advises Subcontractors on the interpretation of plans, recommends changes when necessary.
• Prepares and/or review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project.
• Provides technical expertise in development or review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction/safety codes.
• Researches literature and maintain knowledge of current building materials, structural, mechanical and electrical system codes and methods of application.
• Reviews Subcontractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract agreements by checking them for technical accuracy according to accepted guidelines.
• Works with customers and Clients to gather facts, defines design and space planning problems, conceptualize possible solutions and secure approvals of proposals.
• Reviews product literature, analyses materials and determines appropriateness for application to projects.
• Provides advice and develop design documents to initiate and modify architectural, interior design and space planning solutions.
• Performs design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings and full detail drawings for architectural, structural and mechanical works associated with building construction or improvement projects.
• Provides finish selections including color palettes, carpet and wall finishes, lighting and other various interior selections.
• Discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project and in some cases help to select a site
• Get prices and offers from suppliers & subcontractors and evaluate offers.
• Consult with other professionals about design
• Assess the needs of the building and its users and advise the client on the practicality of their project
• Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to the client
• Keep within financial budgets and deadlines
• Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications
• Specify the nature and quality of materials required
• prepare tender applications and presentations
• Negotiate with contractors and other professionals
• Prepare applications for planning and building control departments
• Draw up tender documents for contracts
