  • My current job since August 2016

As of August 2016, I have been working in the Facilities Maintenance field for Automotive Management Services FZE LLC dealing with issues to ensure that the operations do not have extended downtimes. To date, I have implemented service plans for all of the accommodations to ensure that staff have a pleasant stay in their second home. The implementation of these plans resulted in me being put in charge of 42 sites across Afghanistan. Ensuring these sites adhere to safety standards and prepare budgets for planned and daily maintenance requirements, continuous improvement projects, in line with the United States Department of Defense standards as they are the contractors for the NMS - GVS contract number W56HZV17C0117, the contract is valued at 1 billion United States Dollars. The details for the contract are available on this link https://govtribe.com/award/federal-contract-award/definitive-contract-w56hzv17c0117. This I achieved by:

• Demonstrating outstanding technical knowledge and understanding of maintenance procedures for equipment, including HVAC equipment, pumps, agitators, compressors, generators, supervising repairs, conducting inspections, verifying equipment, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and regulations in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Using root-cause analysis and troubleshooting equipment and system issues and failures, diagnosing problems, and performing hands-on repairs to swiftly return them to working condition.
• Coaching, motivating, coordinating, and supervising highly productive and reliable maintenance technician teams while demonstrating superior communication consistently with cross-functional departments to drive successful implementation of area maintenance projects and improvements and time management skills.
