Responsibilities: PMC Co-ordination, supervising Engineering activities and Project Engineering / coordination
and Execution, Change management, Interface management, Planning, Client/Owner Co-ordination, Review
of Deliverables of EPC Contractor.

Accomplishments:
 Review of contractor generated deliverables like Requisition, Technical Bid evaluation and sub-contract
indexes and ensuring that those documents are updated and available for issue on schedule.
 Responding technical queries to the contractors.
 Study and approval of contractors deviations and concession requests.
 Vendor Print Review, Vendor Proposal Review and Evaluation.
 Understand the status of key issues associated with the engineering and design progress for the assigned
area and answer for this at area reviews, discussions with client, licensor, equipment suppliers,
subcontractors, etc.
 Familiar with the requirements of all documents that make up the contract, scope of work, specifications
and standards etc.
 Understand schedule milestones and to ensure that these are understood by lead discipline engineers,
monitor progress against milestones and initiate cross discipline remedial actions where necessary.
 Approved Manufacturers List (AML) Update. Packages status / TC & UOP Letter replies.
 Ensures Chronology of EPCC Engineering Development and adherence to Quality.
 Act as Interface for the project between Owner, EPC Engineering and other Resident Engineers.
 Contribute to preparation of the project execution plan, coordination procedure etc.
 Participating HAZOP, SIL, 3 D Model review studies..
 Assist Project Engineering Manager in preparing Rolling action plan and detailed project work reports and
in controlling EPCC Engineering Quality to Client Satisfaction.
 Efficient management of deliverables by proactive measures.
 Ensure quality control and productivity.
 To conduct internal audits within the project team and coordinate with external audit team.

• Client : Paradip Refinery Project - Orissa state, India. : PMC

Accomplishments:
 Project initiating with inter-discipline leads for coordinating the project setup, kick-off meetings, weekly
and monthly review meetings.
 Monitoring of Engineering Deliverables, verifying base line schedules, preparing catch up plans as
required and all other coordinating works as required executing the project within the budgeted man-hours.
 Act as Interface for the project between Home office, FW Engineering and Client Resident Engineer.
 Contribute to preparation of the project execution plan, coordination procedure etc.
 Work in close cooperation with the skill groups for preparing project schedules.
 Conducting 3D model reviews - Internal and External.
 Preparation of design review reports and ensuring that the actions being closed by concerns.
 Assist Project Engineering Manager in preparing Rolling action plan and detailed project work reports.
 Efficient management of deliverables by proactive measures.
 Ensure timely completion of checking and releasing the drawings as per schedule.
 Ensure quality control and productivity.
 Subordinate Development -develop Design Engineers to check designs, acting as Mentorfor Junior /
Trainee Engineers.
 Chairing Lessons Learned Workshops.
 To conduct internal audits within the project team and coordinate with external audit team.
 Involved in managing the progress and quality control of PFD, P&ID, MSD, preparation of Equipment list,
line list and special piping item list.
 Facilities & supports development of Plot Plans and Hazardous Area Layouts.
 Coordination with Project Control, Document Control, Procurement, IT, CDG & all other Engineering
disciplines (Civil, Equipment, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation).
 Involved in review requisitions for major items of equipment, package equipment and major bulk materials,
for compliance with scope of work.
 Involved in procurement process, construction & commissioning activities, handover activities, butt list and
project close out.
 Ensure the systemic transfer of all project data and systems to the site on project completion.
 Document key project measurements and learning experiences in the Project closure report.

Accomplishments:
SHOP & FIELD SUPERVISION: -
 Supervising Pipeline fabrication & construction.
 Involved in Production Planning.
 Supervision and supporting Pressure test (Hydraulic & Pneumatic).
 Commissioning of Utility plants.
 Supervising Fit up and Material verification as per drawings and codes.
 Full-fledged co-ordination to fulfil requirements for executing the Project and also to support commercial
group.
 Manpower management. Experience included handling of construction labourers, fitters, welders, etc.

ENGINEERING CO-ORDINATION: -
 Review and checking of Isometric Drawings, Pipe spools Drawings, check against Isometrics.
 Providing Pipe support details & NDE requirements as per Project Specifications.
 Review of Isometrics with Piping general arrangement drawings and P&IDs.
 Preparation of Underground Piping Material Take-off (MTO)
 MTO Checks for Pipe fittings material code and pipe codes.
 Inspection of fabricated pipe spools and Mechanical clearance for erected pipe lines.
 Interaction with Operations Manager and other Organizational interfaces for meeting the project
requirements and query resolving.
 Interacting with SpoolGen group and Spool Fabrication Shop to ensure timely production of spool sheets
and spool fabrication respectively
 Analyze work fronts for construction, identification and liquidation of constraints affecting construction
progress.

Accomplishment:
 Efficiently handled the entire project in capacity.
 Preparation of Project schedules and monitoring.
 Preparation & review of enquiry floating, techno commercial evaluation & Vendor selection.
 Conducting Stress relieving, hardness test and Hydro static test.
 Obtain Bill of materials for the project from engineering and raise material requisition for procurement
along with delivery schedule.
 Installation and maintenance of towers of RELIANCE INFOCOMM LTD. At different sites of MCN (Media
convergence Network), IS (Intermediate station), BTS (Base transceiver station) in Orissa
