•Managing day-to-day operational and administrative activities

Administration and HR Related:-
•Assisting senior managements while they visit India for Business meets and Board meetings
•Coordination for Senior Joinee’s Inductions, travel to other Domestic locations, set up meetings with respective BU Heads for Meetings and Introductions
•Manage Board Meetings, Client Visits and Set Meeting Agenda
•Coordination with Vendors and Sodexho Team for Office Operational work
•Coordination with Travel Vendors for monthly settlements and prepare settlement reports
•Coordinating with IT Team for Desktop, Telephone, Vodafone/Airtel Booster Connections
•Coordinate with Mobile Service provider for new and temporary connections
•Coordinate with the Interior Designer for Office set ups and maintenance related issues
•New Joinee formalities such as arrangement of Laptops/Desktops, Data card, creating Email ID’s, seating arrangement on the floor, Induction for new Joinees in the organization
•Relieving formalities such as exit interview, exit system entries in SAP, Full and Final settlement and providing Relieving letters
Additional Responsibilities:-
•Coordinating with India Sales Team, maintaining Repository, Weekly Reports.
•Arranging Bank Guarantee & Demand Drafts, Collating Documents required for Tender Submission.
•Uploading Documents on Government Portals before the due dates of respective Tenders.
•Complete a variety of administrative and support duties, some of which may be of a confidential nature, maintaining department records and filing system and producing reports and presentations.
•Assisting to India Sales Head and managing his Domestic Travel, Tracking Vouchers, Mobile Bills, Scheduling Meetings with Vendors
