• Complete the task in minimum time with full HSE compliance.
• Follow up and complete the snags during commissioning process.

This LEED project is being managed by Turner International (TIME), handled by our main contractor Brookfield Multiplex (BMMG).
Phase 1C will comprises a total constructed area of 2.21 million square feet, more than half of which (1.31 million) will be in a three-level underground facility housing logistic operations like a 1, 200-car parking garage, a 66KVA electric substation and a cooling facility. Above ground, Phase 1C incorporate four office buildings with 30 street-level retail outlets, five residential towers, 51 apartments and a primary school with day-care center.

Responsibilities:
• Testing and commissioning of all mechanical equipments and services.
• Performing pre functional & start up tests, functional tests, air water balancing etc.
• Site work execution related to installation of all mechanical related activities and preparing take off of material as per design schedules and project specifications.
• Raising and follow up contractor RFI’s.
• Monitoring and maintenance of working all mechanical equipments.
• Preparation of T&C Method Statements, Test Packs, WIR’s, Maintenance schedules and monitoring sheets.
• Troubleshooting problems of equipments if not performing as per design intent. Thereby coordinating with vendors and project team to solve the issue.
• Coordination between MEP and Civil work on site.
• Prepare two week look ahead program for commissioning progress follow up.
• Coordination and inspection works with the consultant and site walk with consultant and client teams when required.
• Attend meeting with client, LEED inspections with specialists and meetings with FM team for commissioning progress, document handover.
• I have a good knowledge of TAB works of all HVAC equipments, public health and fire fighting equipments.
• Preparation of Training Manual and On Site training to FM team.

This project is being constructed by Al Yamama Company, Riyadh, KSA (one of the biggest construction contracting company in KSA). Residential Buildings was constructed for office employees.

•Delivery inspection and installation of equipment such as AHU's, ducts, pumps, exhaust fans, blowers, pumps, valve and other accessories as per approved drawings.
•Coordination and inspection works with the consultant and site walk with consultant and client teams as and when required.
•Preparation of onsite detail drawings in 2D on AutoCAD 2012.
•Preparation of site materials take off and lists of accessories and fittings

It is a forging company that produces variety of flanges, gear forks. As a trainee I deeply analyzed the process & all aspects of CNC machine shop including changing few production parameters of CNC’s to a different value to increase the productivity and minimize the tooling cost.
