·To plan, organize, control and evaluate the operation of financial department of the firm.
·To develop and implement the financial policies, systems and procedures for the firm.
·To prepare or co-ordinate the preparation of financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports of the firm’s business activities at monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
·To co-ordinate the financial planning and budget process, analyze and correct estimates
·To evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets and other financial control functions to senior managers and other departments of the firm.
·To coordinate in recruiting, training and management of the staff relating to finance department.
·To act as liaison between the organization and its shareholders, the investing public and external financial analysts.
·To notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that is critical to the organization's financial performance.
·To complete any other assignment relating to business of the firm as per directions of the Chief Executive.
