Develop and maintain Quality Management Program.
To develop and implement ISO 9000 functions which include writing procedures, auditing tasks, conducting vendor assessments internal trainings and resolving customer complaints. To define quality measurement and the collection methods, work closely with the development team. For an ISO 17025 responsibilities are to maintain compliance procedures and tracks metrics to demonstrate quality achievement. The role also includes managing all quality records.

Analyzed the effectiveness of all SOP in the Logistics Center.Effective Implementation of all SOPs.Amendment to existing guidelines and SOPs Done statistical analysis on all the SOPs, capacity utilization, ensure Accuracy and Timely Processing of Orders, customer requirements, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Preventive action for accident reports and pending recurring issues, Training Needs Identification for Warehouse Operations, Develop and arrange all training materials and ensures availability at all Sites, Enforces implementation of IMS guidelines as per Quality Standards and reviews / suggests recommendations to revise them, Carry out internal audits to support the identification, action and close out of non-compliance, Ensuring the customer quality compliances are met and lead the external audits, Addresses pending and recurring issues from operations, escalated by QA Staff, Participates and contributes to Committees set up for specific tasks / functions, Maintain records and documentations, Safety, Security, Housekeeping, Pest Control & Sanitation monitoring and resolving etc, Operating WMS (Software) - Monitoring adherence and reporting etc, chair HSE and QA meetings, Organize communication campaign - raise H&S awareness, Maintenance of Records - Observations, Discrepancies, Accidents and Violations, Reporting of accidents and take preventive and corrective action to reduce accident.Worked on planning and effective implementation of Site Emergency Evacuation Plan
