• Log incoming documents from clients, consultants and subcontractors and ensure they receive relevant documents and make sure copies of relevant documents are held.
• Encoding correspondence emails & business documents both in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily
• Maintaining and updating the database and also manual filings.
• Preparation of cash and credit sales report.
• Preparation of payment vouchers and arranges payment.
