Involved in managing the following government railway projects in order to improve public transport network in Kuala Lumpur according to the assigned roles and phases of the project as summarized below: (Vehicle and System Works)

1) Monorail Fleet Expansion Project - Pre-Contract Stage

Role :
Active role in preparation of technical documentation of the project including ER, O&M Requirements, RAM requirements, costing, scheduling, CoC, Consulting Engineer, etc. Managing issues arises during internal and external discussion related to the procurement of new rolling stocks, upgrade of E&M Wayside System/ facilities (i.e. TPSS, Comm., SCADA, Rail etc)
Current Status :
Preliminary Design Review Process (PDR) completed
2) KLJ Line Fleet Expansion Project - Amounting to RM 1.6 Billion

Role :
Assist Project Manager - Active role in managing Fleet and System Expansion projects by the Multinational Contractor (Bombardier) including procurement of new rolling stocks and upgrade of E&M Wayside System/ facilities (i.e. TPSS, Comm., SCADA, Rail etc)

Involved since the first day of the project including preparation of Technical Requirements (Particular Specification of the Contract), Project Initiation and Planning stage, Design Review of each systems and sub-systems, First Article Inspection (FAI of product initial production), System Integration Test, System Qualification Testing at vendor and Operator sites (Type Test), System Series Test (Routine Test), Final Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and Handing Over to the Operator.

The systems and sub-systems including the following:

1) Vehicle Systems and sub system
2) Platform Screen Door System (PSDS)
3) Vehicle Radio Control System (VRCS)
4) Power and Distribution System (PSD)
5) Automatic Train Control System (ATC)
6) System Management Control System (SMC)
