Responsibilities:
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation of all Company Bank Accounts
• Liaison with Banks and handle all banking matters
• Reconciliation of suppliers/customers’ accounts
• Posting different types of data like Bank Receipts, Bank Payments, Sales Invoices, Tax J.V’s & Month End Adjusting Entries
• Supervise payroll processing activities, including computing wages and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions
• Maintained Accounts Ledger, Customers Ledger, Made Salaries (payroll)
• To Handle the Bank Issues about the collection and Reconciling items
• Prepared entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, scrutinizing debtors and creditors ledger
• To prepared the Monthly Cost Sheet manually as well as on the software for various Consignments
• To keep liaison with financial institution like Banks, Leasing Company and Insurance Company
• Monitoring the import activities from the establishment of L/C’s to the clearance of the goods imported.
• Maintaining liaison with Factory regarding Production, Stock and Expense
• Preparing sales invoices & the upkeep of an accurate accounts filing system.
• Preparation and input of month end journal vouchers.
• Inputting, matching, batching and coding of invoices.
• Debtor and Creditor reconciliations.
• Preparation of various reports for senior managers.
• Supervising junior financial staff.
• Conducting regular business reviews of financial performance.
