Project: (SAP MM & DBM implementation at MG Motors)
• Support and Maintenance: Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for system used by users. Respond to user queries, resolve issues, and ensure system availability and performance. Checking open tickets and closing as per priority.
• System Configuration: Assist in configuring and maintaining the system according to business requirements. Includes New package update, Material update and other relevant configuration settings.
• User Training and Documentation: Conduct Training Session to Familiarize end-users with the functionalities. Create user manuals, Training materials, and documentation to support the effective usage of these modules.
• Testing and Validation: Participate in system testing including unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Document test results, track issues, and support the resolution of defects to ensure the quality and reliability of modules.
• Change Management: Assist in managing change requests related to modules. Assess the impact of proposed changes and ensure proper documentation and communication of changes.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data related to area and identify trends, performance gaps, Sync issues and improvement opportunities.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest development and best practices. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, suggest enhancement, and actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team.
• Complete Understanding of Procure to Pay cycle.
• Supporting purchasing manager in evaluation and negotiation, managing amendments.
• Final documentation with supplier and PO closure.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM and Fiori app.
• Coordinating with supply chain team for purchase plan and amendments, translate strategy into operation reality.
• Organizing vendor profile to check vendor credibility and supplier questionnaire as per requirement. Review requisition requirements and work efficiently with requesters and indirect procurement to full fill the requisition in the form of purchase order to the appropriate supplier.
• Effectively manage and control vendor document transactions.
• Checking the quality of tank plates of the oil tank.
• Recording density of the product.
• Maintenance of pressure of Inlets of pipes.
• Testing of water content in the product.
• Inspection of oil containers.
• Giving monthly seminar regarding safety instructions.
