Experience in using effective sourcing from all the job portals, professional networking sites. Screening and short-listing candidates according to requirement. •Involved in entire recruiting cycle starting from analyzing a requirement to placing and taking agreements from the appropriate employers.
•Responsibilities include direct sourcing from Internet, postings, Boolean search strings, cold calling and head hunting through referrals and linked in screening all potential new applicants for In-person or Telephonic Interview.
•Worked on Corp to Corp and C2H Positions through Preferred vendors on Tax terms (C2C, 1099).
•Worked on DICE, PROHIRES, INDEED and LADDERS JOB portals.
•Creating and building relationships and assisting in clarifying, fulfilling clients’ needs and recruitment requirements. Reviewed candidate resumes and determined their suitability for placement into specific position opportunities.
