• Serve as key technical point of contact for clients and senior management for routine works, emergency callouts, and
escalation resolution across multiple FM sites

• Performed advanced troubleshooting and repair of commercial and residential HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and home
appliances across the Doha portfolio
• Supervised 8 junior technicians — conducted work quality reviews, delivered on-the-job coaching, and enforced consistent
workmanship standards
• Installed, tested, and commissioned HVAC systems for new-build and retrofit commercial projects
• Repaired and replaced compressors, electric motors, thermostats, and electronic control boards across a wide range of AC and
refrigeration equipment
• Managed spare parts inventory, servicing tooling, and all associated service documentation and client records

• Installed and maintained split and window AC systems across residential and light-commercial sites throughout Doha
• Assisted senior technicians in refrigeration diagnostics, electrical fault-finding, and system commissioning tasks
• Carried out scheduled preventive maintenance inspections and generated detailed service reports for each visit
