As a Project Manager reporting to Project Management Director. Leading execution of structural steel and pressure vessels projects. Responsible for completion of assigned projects within the assigned time, cost, technical and contractual constraints, accounting changes, variation orders and collection of payments as per issued contract/PO and variation orders.

Selected Projects:
• BAPCO Modernization Program, Bahrain, with contractor TTSJV WLL, of project size 14, 000 MT, engineering, fabrication & supply of steel structures, cladding, etc. with project value over USD 21 million.
• DUQM Refinery Project, Oman with contractor Tecnicas Reunidas of project size 2, 800 MT, engineering, fabrication & supply of radiant and convection Reformer units with total project value USD 4.7 million.
• Metal Dissolving Plant Steel Structures for Northvolt ETT Sweden with contractor Hatch Ltd, Canada. of project size 1, 200 MT, engineering, fabrication & supply of structural steel with total project value USD 2.1 million.
• Engineering, fabrication and supply of Pressure Vessels for Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery Company Ltd.
• BHS Steelwork Dammam Airport with contractor Vanderlande Industries fabrication and erection supervision of project size 300MT fabrication & supply of steel structure.

As a Project Manager reporting to Operations Manager. Responsibilities performed such as coordinating, meetings and follow-ups with client and consultants for issues related to engineering and technical documents approvals, site access, resources requirements, outstanding issues, contractual notices and letters related to delays and variations. Progress tracking, reporting, monitoring & coordinating procurement, fabrication delivery and erection activities for smooth execution of projects.

• Borouge Polypropylene-5 (PP5) Project, Abu Dhabi Polymers Company Limited with contractor Tecnimont S.p.A, of project size 5, 600 MT, engineering, fabrication & supply of structural steel with project value USD 9.4 million.
• Al Dabbiya Surface Facilities-Phase III, ADCO, Abu Dhabi, UAE, with contractor Tecnimont S.p.A. of project size12, 000 MT, engineering, fabrication & supply of structural steel with value USD 18.6 million.
• Dubai Festival City Mall Extension, with contractor ALEC, and consultant WME, of project size 12, 000 MT of structural steel fabrication and composite decking supply, and site erection with total value AED 100 million.
• GC-32 New Gathering Centre, Kuwait Oil Company, with contractor Petrofac International Limited, of project size 3, 800 MT, engineering, fabrication & supply of structural steel with value USD 4.5 million.
• Bab Integrated Facilities, ADNOC Onshore, UAE, with contractor CPECC, of project size 2, 600 MT, engineering, fabrication & supply of structural steel of value USD 4.2 million.
• Hassyan Clean Coal Power Plant, Dubai with contractor CSCEC Steel Construction Contracting LLC of project size 6, 000 MT, fabrication & supply of steel structures.
• ZCINA LPG4 Train, Hassi Messaoud (DZ) EPCC, SONATRACH, Algeria with contractor Tecnimont S.p.A, of project size 2, 400 MT, engineering, fabrication & supply of structural steel.

Reporting to Divisional Manager, were responsible for planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting of complete projects and resource planning for work shop, weekly and monthly reporting for clients and management. Also assigned for handling all supply only projects.

Selected Projects:
• Successfully managed Takreer CBDC Project, main contractor Samsung Engineering, fabrication and supply of 350 tons for walkways bridges, fender supports and platforms.
• Efficiently managed project for fabrication and supply of 200 MT steel for Pedestrian Bridges with contractor Wagner Biro Gulf for RTA Dubai.
• Handled several projects for architectural metalwork. supply and installation including projects for Mall of Emirates, Bateel Café, Shoe District in Dubai Mall, etc.

Key Accomplishments
• Planned and supervised PEB, structural steel erection and claddings installation projects in strict compliance of approved shop drawings, method statements and HSE requirements.
• Coordinated with client, subcontractors and internal departments for site preparation, material shipment, drawings release, changes, etc. for smooth execution of job.
• Planned, estimated, supervised and managed resources i.e. manpower, equipment requirements.
• Supervised site activities for all the assigned Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB) and hot rolled steel structure projects. Supervised a crew of 55 site workers.

• Successfully planned and supervised site activities for project of total 5, 000 MT structural steel erection with sandwich panels and accessories of 47 numbers pre-engineered steel buildings (PEB) for Maliha Military Camp Project, Directorate of Military Works, U.A.E. Saved 20% of site crane usage.
• Successfully supervised and completed 1, 500 tons of structural steel erection and cladding installation works for Union Cement RAK, UAE.

Worked in India as Project Engineer with Era Infra Engineering Ltd for Structural Steel and pre-engineered buildings (PEB) construction for manufacturing sheds, shopping malls, etc. and with Interarch Building Products Pvt. Ltd. as Site Engineer for PEB erection
