• Coordinate theft and fraud investigations involving career criminals or organized group activities.
• Perform or direct inventory investigations in response to shrink results outside of acceptable ranges
• Provide recommendations and solutions in crisis situations such as workplace violence, protests, and demonstrations.
• Recommend improvements in loss prevention programs, staffing, scheduling, or training and hire loss prevention staff.
• Analyze retail data to identify current or emerging trends in theft or fraud.
• Monitor compliance to operational, safety, or inventory control procedures, including physical security standards
• Identify potential for loss and develop strategies to eliminate it.
• Visit stores to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Scheduling and Execution of Inventory Audits and Shrink Reconciliation as well as Post Audit Shrink Analysis/ Review to Identify Root Cause.

• Expanding existing client relationships, integrating service delivery with other subordinate practices as client requirements dictate entailing business continuity, security management, training

• Conduct training to educate associates on defined policies & procedures, regulations, law enforcements and compliance
• Initiate investigations when identify non-compliance to company’s policy and set procedures, finalize action in coordination with ethics and HR department
• Assist in development of business continuity plan to limit risk for business during any disaster

• Managing the P&L within allocated budget to attain a profitable performance in the entire area
• Supporting the customer service activities & building the staff competencies to optimize and sustain sales performance & customer satisfaction levels

• Monitoring mark up & down, material in & outs, inter-store transactions, GRN, RGP, NRGP, Shrinkage, Damages and other day-to-day activities
