Conduct tests and release management on DATA WAREHOUSE AND BANKING INTELLIGENCE SOLUTION to make sure the programs perform properly and are fairly easy to use.
Quality Assurance field
1. Preparing test environment: Install and configure recreations of software production environments to allow testing of software performance
2. Testing Database and Universe: Create or maintain databases of known test defects, in addition to testing BusinessObject universes and reports
3. Testing Application: Identify program deviance from standards, and suggest modifications to ensure compliance, Test system modifications to prepare for implementation, Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality, Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers. Monitor bug resolution efforts and track

successes, Investigate customer problems referred by technical support Provide technical support during software installation or configuration
4. Testing and Review Document: Review all application document (user manual, installation and configration manual, Operational Manual and Technical Manual) to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks
Release Management field
1. Manage and Control all company products components
2. Writing release note in case any release will be send officially to the customers
3. Preparing releases packages in order to the customers
