● Validate, review and ensure the accuracy of financial data by identifying, investigating and rectifying routine errors and anomalies in input data.
● Generate monthly, quarterly and annual internal reporting packages.
● Prepare reports from statistical and functional metrics Adhoc reports, management reports, any other financial reports that is required by the managements in order to facilitate decision making and explanatory of variances between multiple financial periods, Periodic, QTD, YTD & budget variances according to stated schedules so that all required information is available for review in a timely manner.
● Creating, mapping and structuring accounts, business entities and scenarios on both PBCS & FCCS systems, while ensuring consistency among each other and with JD Edwards.
● Prepare the consolidation & management reports, provide analysis on the P&l & Balance sheet, manage and attend the financial queries and provide overall financial services assurance services to the group in order to ensure information availability and accuracy.
● Handling the calculation and importation of average and closing exchange rates to both clouds for 20 currencies and providing them to all concerned teams.
● Resolving countries' queries on a daily basis.
● Work closely with internal and external auditors during financial
and operational audits to ensure that accurate and timely information is provided at all times.
