I was responsible for website mapping, creating suitable content for each website, writing articles for blogs, preparing posts for all social media platforms with selecting all proper media, auditing website’s content, such as writing SEO friendly meta tags, specifying a focused keyword and making sure the content is serving both user experience journey and Google as well. I have a basic background about "on page SEO" such as optimizing.. URL structure, page speed, XML sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, websites set up on Google search console and Google analytics, images ALT tags, 301 & 302 redirect.
Working for IPSOS with a temporary contract in collecting data for a UNICEF studyfor two months. I have met over 40 managers and supervisors from different companies across Amman and Irbid. These companies were willing to supply the UNICEF with their products and services.
• Working for Larsa for Engineering Consultations & Trade from Dec.2011 until Dec.2014 as Executive Secretary with general administrative work. I have also acted as the personal assistant for my direct manager. I was responsible for many tasks, such as:
- Undertaking standard secretarial work such as data entry tasks, filing, saving the incoming and outgoing emails within a certain sequence, handling all incoming and outgoing calls, preparing technical and financial offers for tenders, proofreading documents, responding to routine queries received.
- Acting as a reservation employee as I was responsible for booking hotels and flight tickets.
- Acting as a receptionist in welcoming guests, taking their queries and requirements, and directing them.
- Working as a translator for various documents and contracts.
- Working as a researcher as I was doing research for different subjects.
- Working as an HR assistant, supporting the maintenance of office files, documents, and records in accordance with established systems and processes so that information is current and readily available for staff, Supporting in organizing staff events, Collecting, sorting and disseminating correspondence, reports and other material to meet the required demands of staff to time standards.
