Pro, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Web Adaptor, Portal for ArcGIS and
ArcGIS Data Store).
-Providing product training for customers from the UAE and the
USA, and enriching them with full knowledge about the
products that they are going to use.
-Solving customers problems with the products and finding a
solution for each issue they face.
- Collaborate with the team. Leveraging my domain
knowledge when working with cross-divisional teams to define and execute account strategies. Being motivated and resourceful and take initiative to resolve issues.

-Full knowledge and full understanding about solar systems and
solar cells.
-Calculating bills, sizing systems capacities, choosing and sizing
the inverters and the number of panels needed.
-Sizing cables and calculating systems payback period.
-Designing systems, SLD, SD using SketchUp and AutoCAD.
-Dealing with different transactions for the main three electric
companies JEPCO, IDECO, and EDCO.
-Dealing with different transactions for Great Amman Municipality and offering proposals.
I gave several revision lectures for undergraduates. I used to teach Physics I and II, Calculus I and II, Chemistry, Electrical Circuits I and II, Electrical installations, Protection, Electrical Machines, Power electronics in association with The Faculty of Engineering Technology Students' Union and PCE Team.
