Involved in a large scale change management consultancy for an Oil & Gas company.
Conducted risk based project/ process reviews and consulting for major infrastructure and capital projects for clients.

As part of consulting services, primary assignments involved interaction with functional heads of various real estate developers to provide technical assistance for their project planning and monitoring using Microsoft Project. As part of monitoring assistance for the client, also worked on MIS formulation along with variance analysis reporting.
Secondary assignments involved conducting project audits for real estate developers to help ensure the functionality of their various process control points and giving recommendations for process gaps that were found during the course of the audit.

Team member involved in construction of 112 dwelling units at Jawaharlal Nehru University campus in New Delhi. Developed the detailed construction schedule for the project using Microsoft project.
