1. Overall group capacity study (8 production Unit consisting of 86 sewing line)
2. Find out factory wise available capacity status & utilize open capacity
3. Reviewing factory wise forward planning on daily basis and carrying out all types of adjustment required in planning to reduce vacant line days.
4. analyzing style changeover across all the factories to reduce style changeover loss.
5. To guide and to instruct factory planners about loading plan & Other planning related issue.
6. to guide and instruct washing planners on their monthly chemical purchase budget.
7. PCD & TOD adjustment with merchandisers and as well as factory heads.
8. Coordinate with SCM & Merchandising team to follow PCD of each and every order do the adjustment in planning if any exceptions.
9. Critical shipment follow-up with factory as well as with merchandiser.
10. Trained the factory planners on planning software.
11. Planning Exceptions Agenda preparation to review with board of directors on weekly basis
12. Discuss and analyze with merchandisers for preponing/postponing of PCD or any extension related issues.
13. Preparing Marketing forecast with business heads to forecast future capacity
14. Buyer wise liability tracking and settlement with respective merchandiser.
