Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Initiate kick off meetings and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Select tools and materials
Safety inspections and ensuring construction site safety
Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Track project milestones and deliverables
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Assist/identify for project deliverables review and approval.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervising the ELV system works.
* Installation and commissioning of CCTV, EAS SYSTEMS, ACCESS
CONTROLS, EM LOCKS, GATE AUTOMATION, VARIOUS SENSORS
(PIR, PROXIMITY)
* Preparation of quotations, daily reports and work allocation for the team.
* Held client side meetings.
* Planning and providing maintenance and AMC
* Site visits and providing proper ELV and automation systems.
