• Guides internal clients in Process analysis & redesign, gap mitigation & performance improvement
• Provide specialized advisory and consultancy services to Group Companies’ Management, Government Organizations and IOCs related to restructuring and Merging, manpower demand estimation.
• Oversees and due diligence 5 Years manpower forecast for ADNOC Group Companies (45, 000+ FTE).
• Evaluates business initiatives to design appropriate Organization structure, RACI clarity, analyze current and future state processes across the organization using Lean Six Sigma ($80M+ savings).
• Conducts Job analysis and estimate manpower required via detailed Activity Analysis or Delphi Technique.
• Benchmark regional and international best practices for organizational improvements.
• Analyzing job context, job family classifications, improve Job descriptions & Job Evaluation using Hay framework to ensure grading consistency.
• Conduct 5-Years manpower forecast (8000+ FTE) and statistical analysis for crisis and business continuity.
• Lead I/C Commissioning Engineer for Full Field Development Project ($2 Billion).
• Evaluation, Inspection and Procurement of field instruments, control system & safety system.
• Analyzing, planning & supervision of maintenance activities coordinating with multiple departments.
• Planning of manpower and spares as per plant requirement and improving plant reliability.
• Engagement with PM on identifying project risk, mitigations, plans and structure.
• Managing & contributing to the design & implementation of O&G IT infrastructure
• Capacity planning and designing in coordination with relevant team leaders and subject experts.
• Leading Pre sales activities on O&G Data Networking, security and transmission technology.
• Channel development; participate actively in tendering & bidding team with sales team.
• Attending sales meeting as consultant and presenting technical info to prospective customers.
• Feasibility study- defines technology requirements, initial floor plan and process supplies.
• Calibrate & troubleshoot systems applicable for Remote Terminal Unit, DCS, SCADA, and PLC
• Perform evaluation and characterization of electronic control system for operation.
• Create complete project plan & documentation along handover documents for project sign off.
• Supervision and technical advice on electronics system design automation and quality assurance.
